What are the latest trends in food, beverage, and dining?

Question by : What are the latest trends in food, beverage, and dining?
I run a small family restaurant in upstate New York. I would like to know what are some of the latest trends in dining. For example, what dishes are popular? What is the latest drink trend? What promotions and events are people currently doing to bring in new costumers? Is there a hot new dessert, appetizer, entree, soup or salad? Tell me, I’d love to know. Thanks in advance.
